Bug Fixes and Improvements[edit]

  • Notch TOP - Fixed crash that could occur with blocks that that do not have any exposed layers.
  • Line MAT - Fixed flashing "width" attribute issue.
  • Line MAT - Fixed unexpected changes in points after changing the "Near" parameter in a Camera COMP.
  • CPlusPlus TOP, Custom Operators - Fixed GPU memory allocation that can slow down this node when selected pixel format is different from what getOutputFormat() is asking for.
  • CPlusPlus TOP, Custom Operators - TOP_OutputFormatSpecs.pixelFormat is now filled in for all modes.
  • Fixed a hang when applying a python reference to a bound parameter.

Backward Compatibility[edit]

A built-in panel in TouchDesigner that contains a library of components and media that can be dragged-dropped into a TouchDesigner network.

The Graphics Processing Unit. This is the high-speed, many-core processor of the graphics card/chip that takes geometry, images and data from the CPU and creates images and processed data.

An Operator Family that creates, composites and modifies images, and reads/writes images and movies to/from files and the network. TOPs run on the graphics card's GPU.
